Amanda is recognised for her personable style and capacity to consistently deliver excellent results while her ability to execute organisational psychology solutions has seen her work both globally and across Australia.
As a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Amanda has over 15 years experience in the field of organisational psychology, HR consulting and recruitment. Amanda is also a qualified Workplace Coach, and an accredited user of a range of psychometric tools designed to understand innate personality characteristics, motivations and values, emotional intelligence and critical reasoning abilities which are likely to impact on the job performance. These tools include the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Saville WAVE, Emotional Intelligence Assessment (MSCEIT and Genos), Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), and the 16PF / 15FQ.
